摘要
本文对灰树花深层培养条件进行了研究。单因素试验结果表明,玉米粉和麸皮是较好的碳源和氮源,在培养基中添加MgSO4、KH2PO4和VB1有利于灰树花菌丝的生长。正交试验结果表明,灰树花菌丝体深层发酵的最佳培养基组成为:玉米粉4%,麸皮1%,KH2PO4 0.2%,MgSO4 0.1%,VB1 0.005%。最佳培养条件为:温度25℃,转速为160r/min,pH值为6,接种量为10%,培养时间为8d,在此条件下,菌丝体干重达到0.93g/100ml。
The submerged fermentation conditions of Grifola frondosa were studied in this paper. The single factor experiment results showed the optimum carbon source was corn powder, the optimum nitrogen source was bran, and the optimum inorganic salt was the combination of MgSO4 and KH2PO4. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimum medium composition was as follows, corn powder 4%, bran 0.2%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4 0.1%, VB1 0.005%.The optimum submerged culture condition was as follows: the suitable culture temperature was 25℃; shaker rotation speed was 160r/min; the incubation volume was 10% of medium volume. Under these conditions, the maximum biomass was 0.93g/100 ml.
