摘要
对五味子的营养价值和医疗保健作用及在食品工业中的应用现状、开发前景进行了分析 ,并根据当前五味子在食品工业中的应用出现的主要问题提出了相应对策。
The nutritional value and health effect of schisandra chinensis(Turcz) Ball,and the application situation and its development prospects were analyzed.A countermeasure based on the analysis of current problems in food industry was put forward.
