摘要
目的 研究北五味子藤茎挥发油成分。方法 运用气相层相-质谱分析技术分析了北五味子藤茎挥发油成分。结果及结论 分离出132个峰,鉴定了37个成分,占挥发油总含量的5 7 199%。结果表明北五味子藤茎挥发油主要成分为2 -十三酮(2 -Tridecanone(5 4 76 % ) ) ,[+ ]-桥-二环倍半水芹烯([+ ]-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene1(15 30 7% ) ) ,[S - (Z) ]- 3,7,11-三甲基- 1,6 ,10 -十二三烯- 3-醇(1,6 ,10 -Dodecatrien - 3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl - [S - (Z) ]- (14 4 10 % )。
The essential oil from Caulis of Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.)baill. was detected by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS),132 components were separated and 37 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,all the components represent about 57.199% Of the total content. The results showed that 2-Tridecanone(5.476%),-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene1(15.307%),1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl--(14.410%),and etc. was the main components of the essential oil from Caulis of Schisandra Chinensis( Turcz.)baill.
