介绍了超声波提取、超临界萃取、微波辅助萃取、高速逆流色谱等在五味子木脂素提取、分离纯化方面的应用,概括了HPLC、RP-HPLC、GC-MS等技术运用于五味子木脂素成分的定性定量研究。
This paper briefly introduced the application of the extraction, separation, purification and determination of the content of the lignans of schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill by ultrasonic wave extraction, super critical extraction, the microwave-assisted extraction and high-speed countercurrent chromatography, The technology of HPLC, RP-HPLC, GC-MS were put intoqualitative and quantitative analysis of lignans of schisandra chinensis ( Turcz ) Baill.
