摘要
以草莓“丰香”品种为材料,利用匍匐茎剥取茎尖,以不同大小茎尖接种到不同配方的茎尖诱导培养基中,观察草莓茎尖在各种培养基上的生长情况。实验结果表明草莓茎尖的成活率与剥取的茎尖大小有关,与培养基配方有关。在相同的培养基上,剥取茎尖越大,成活率越高。同样以0.5mm大小茎尖,在培养基MS+BA0.5mg/L上的成活率最高,达到66.7%;转接到各增殖培养基上后生长良好,并在MS+BA0.5mg/L培养基上增殖系数最高,为6.05;再生芽转接到生根培养基1/2MS上,培养20d左右,生根率达100%,平均生根6.13条/株。生根苗在全蛭石的基质上驯化,成活率高达98.33%。
This experiment was conducted on the strawberry species 'FengXiang'. Different size of apical meristems taken from the stolons, were all turned on different meristem- inducing medium, and the living conditions were observed. The result showed that the survival rate of strawberry meristems have a relationship with the size of the explant as well as the prescription of media. On the same medium, the larger the meristems, the higher the survival rate. 0.5 mm meristems gained reached the highest survival rate 66.7% on the MS+ BA 0.5 mg/L medium and had a good growth after transplanting to different multiplication media, whereby the highest reproduction rate was obtained on the MS+ BA 0.5 mg/L medium, that is 6.05; The rate of rooting media and cultured for when the regenerated buds were transplanted to the 1/2 MS rooting media and cultured for about 20 days, the average was 6.13 roots plant. When the seedling were domesticated on vermiculite medium, the survival rate was high up to 98.33% .
