摘要
本试验结果表明,基本培养基的愈伤组织诱导率,B5明显地高于MS、N6、E1。[NO3-]/[NH4+]值大,有利于愈伤组织的诱导。乳糖作为碳源,其诱导愈伤组织的效果明显优于蔗糖。花药愈伤组织诱导率的高低与基因型和培养基有关。MS+BA2.0mg·L-1+IAA4.0mg·L-1+ZT2.0mg·L-1适于作不定芽的分化培养基,其分化率达40.00%。
According to the results of this study,the strawberry callus induction frequency on basic medium B,was significantly higher than that on MS,N6 or E1. The high quotient of [NO]/[NH] was helpful to induce calli.As carbon source in medium to induce calli,lactose was superior to sucrose.The anther callus induction frequency was related to genotype and medium.The optimum medium for plantlet differentiation was the MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg.L-1 BA+2.0 mg.L-1 ZT+4.0 mg.L-1 IAA,giving a differentiation rate of 40.00%.
