摘要
[目的]探讨简易高效的草莓组培快繁技术体系。[方法]以春香和女峰品种的脱毒苗为试验材料,分析了影响草莓组培苗移栽驯化效果的有关因素。[结果]组培苗根系状况、栽培基质种类、消毒剂使用与否、湿度条件等因素对驯化效果的影响都很显著;在选用根长2cm以上的组培苗,采用草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1的栽培基质,并配合使用400倍多菌灵消毒处理,移栽后保持相对湿度70%~80%的条件下,草莓组培苗的驯化效果良好,移栽成活率可达100%,且幼苗生长发育状况良好。[结论]找到了草莓组培快繁的移植方法和条件。
[ Objective] The study aimed to discuss a simple and effective technique system for tissue culture and rapid propagation in Fragaria ananassa Dueh.. [ Method] The related effects on transplantation and acclimation of Fragaria ananassa Dueh. plantlets were investigated by using virus - flee seedling of Chunxiang and Nvfeng cultured in vitro as the material. [ Result ] A series of factors including root status of plantlets, kinds of growth medium, use of disinfector or not, and humidity condition remarkably affected on the results of transplantation and acclimation. Under the conditions of the plantlets roots length 2 cm, the cultivation substrate turves-venniculite-perlite ( 1 : 1 : 1 ), sterilizing by 400 times carbendazim, and holding relative humidity (RH) at 70% -80%, the plantlets grow well with survival rate 100%, and the growth and development was good.
