摘要
从草莓离体形态建成调控、脱除病毒、快速繁殖、育种探索和种质保存等方面综述草莓离体培养的研究进展。主要介绍：以生长调节剂及无机盐组成来调控离体形态建成，以茎尖和花药培养进行脱毒及快繁，通过花药培养获得单倍体植株，利用无性系变异和转基因技术进行育种探索，在离体条件下进行草莓种质的冷冻保存、冷藏保存及常温保存等方面的研究进展。
The latest development of in vitro culture in strawberry was reviewed,including morphogenesis,getting virusfree plants,micropropagation,breeding approach and germplasm conservation.Recent research were summarized as follow:morphogenesis in vitro controlled by adding growth regulators and elements;getting virusfree plants and micropropagation from shoot tip or anther cultures;attaining haploid through anther cultures;utilizing clonal variation and transgenic technique to breed explouing;conservating germplasms in vitro by freezing or cold storage or room temperature storage.
