摘要
目的 :观察中草药益母草对醋酸铅引起的小鼠雄性生殖细胞遗传损伤的影响。方法 :采用小鼠精原细胞姐妹染色单体交换实验。结果 :益母草本身不能诱发小鼠精原细胞姐妹染色单体交换 ,但在与醋酸铅一同给药时 ,可使醋酸铅所诱发的小鼠精原细胞姐妹染色单体交换频率明显降低。结论 :益母草对小鼠雄性生殖细胞遗传物质具有保护作用 ,即抗诱变作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of leonurus heterophullus on genetic damage induced by Pb(CH 3COO) 2 in genital cells of male mice. Methods:The sister chromatid exchange (SCE) test in mice spermatogonia was used in the study. Results:Leonurus heterophullus could not induce SCE in mice spermatogonia,but the frequencies of SCE induced by Pb(CH 3COO) 2 in mice spermatogonia were reduced significantly if leonurus heterophullus and Pb(CH 3COO) 2 were given simultaneously. Conclusion:Leonurus heterophullus shows a protective effect, namely antimutagenesis,on genetic materials in male genital cells.
