摘要
益母草药用历史悠久,为活血调经药,主要含有生物碱、黄酮、二萜类等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎、镇痛等药理作用。对益母草化学成分、药理作用、临床应用及安全性评价进行总结,从植物亲缘学、传统药性与功效、成分可测性、不同产地、采收时期及不同药用部位、炮制与化学成分相关特性、药动学、现代临床用途等方面对益母草中药质量标志物(Quality marker,Q-Marker)进行预测分析,初步推测以盐酸益母草碱、盐酸水苏碱、水苏碱、益母草碱、芦丁、槲皮素、丁香酸、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷等作为其Q-Marker,为益母草Q-Marker研究及建立系统的质控体系提供参考。
Yimucao(Leonuri Herba)has a long history of drug use as a medicine for promoting blood circulation and regulating menstrual cycle.It mainly contains alkaloids,flavonoids,diterpenes and other chemical components,and has pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,anti-inflammatory and analgesic.This paper summarized the chemical composition,pharmacological action,clinical application and safety evaluation of Yimucao(Leonuri Herba).The quality marker(Q-marker)of Yimucao(Leonuri Herba)was predicted and analyzed from the aspects of plant affinity,traditional medicinal properties and efficacy,component measurability,different origin,harvesting period and different medicinal parts,processing and chemical composition related characteristics,pharmacokinetics,modern clinical use,etc.It is preliminatively speculated that leonurine hydrochloride,stachydrine hydrochloride,stachydrine,leonurine,rutin,quercetin,syringic acid,hyperoside and isoquercitrin are used as Q-markers to provide reference for the study of Q-markers and the establishment of systematic quality control system of Yimucao(Leonuri Herba).
