摘要
目的 :研究纯中草药制剂香藤胶囊对小白鼠的镇痛作用。方法 :用香藤胶囊内容物配成所需浓度的药液给小白鼠灌胃 ,然后用热板法及甩尾法测定其痛阈值 ,实验结果与生理盐水及哌替啶组作比较。结果 :香藤胶囊高低剂量在 30min、6 0min、90min内与生理盐水组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,香藤胶囊高剂量组连续3d给药后的镇痛作用与哌替啶按 0 0 2g·kg- 1 一次给药的镇痛作用相似 ,香藤胶囊低剂量的作用弱于哌替啶 (P <0 0 1)。结论
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of Xiangteng capsule, a pure herbal preparation. Methods: After Xiangteng capsule was administered to mice(ig),the pain threshold of the mice was measured by hot plate test and tail-flick test, the result of which was compared with those of pethidine and NS groups. Results: Compared with that of NS group, the thresholds of Xiangteng capsule showed marked difference within 30 min,60 min and 90 min after administration(P<0.05 , P<0.01). The analgesic effect of the high and low dose groups of Xiangteng capsule (ig daily for 3 days) was similar and lower respectively than that of pethidine (ig once,P<0.01). Conclusion: Like pethidine, Xiangteng capsule can inhibit notably the pain induced by heat stimuli and radiant heat stimuli.
