飞机草镇痛作用研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的:对飞机草的镇痛作用进行研究,为充分合理利用飞机草资源提供参考。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组,阳性对照组,飞机草高、中、低剂量组,采用冰醋酸扭体法、热板法和甩尾法评价飞机草的镇痛效果。结果:飞机草能明显减少冰醋酸性腹膜炎症致痛小鼠扭体次数、明显延长热致痛小鼠舔后足时间和甩尾时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:飞机草对化学和热刺激致痛有明显的镇痛作用。
