摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定香藤胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱条件为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1％磷酸溶 液(85:15),UV检测波长为440nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.72％(n=6)。结论:本方法分离良好,结果准确、可 靠。
Objeetive:To establish content assay method of archin in Xiangteng Capsule by HPLC. Methods: Chromato-graphic condition is C18 column, mobile phase is methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution(85 :15),UV detection wavelength is 440 nm. Results: The method has good linearity, average recover rate is 97. 72% ( n = 6) .Conclusion: The method separate well, results is accurate and reliable .
