摘要
目的:了解益安回生口服液与香藤胶囊对强戒所海洛因依赖者早期戒断症状的疗效。方法:将入强戒所符合标准的戒毒人员随机分为两组,分别给予益安回生口服液和香藤胶囊,并做对比观察分析。结果:两组治疗前后各量表均分有明显下降(P<0.01),益安回生口服液组疗程明显短于香藤胶囊组(P<0.01),尿液吗啡检查阴转率明显高于香藤胶囊组(P<0.05),两组各有其不同类型、轻至中度的不良反应。结论:两药用于强制戒毒所海洛因依赖患者的脱毒治疗均有一定疗效,但益安回生口服液优于香藤胶囊,具有见效快,疗程短,安全,不含麻醉成分,无依赖性等优点。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of Yian Decoction and Xiangteng Capsule in treating the withdrawal symptoms in the compulsory detoxification institute. Methods： The patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group was given Yian Decoction, another one was given Xiangteng Capsule. Then withdrawal symptoms were compared. Results： The scores of the two groups had a significant decline after treatment （P 〈 0.01）. The period of treatment of Yian Decoction is obviously shorter than Xiangteng Capsule （P 〈 0.01）. The negative rate of urine test of Yian Decoction group is obviously higher （P 〈 0.05） than the Xiangteng Capsule group. There are different adverse reactions in both two groups. Conclusion： Both drugs are effective in controlling the heroin withdrawal symptoms and Yian Decoction Decoction is better than Xiangteng Capsule.
