摘要
目的 :探讨广西灵芝水煎剂对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :用不同剂量灵芝液给正常小鼠和环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠灌胃 ,检测小鼠免疫器官重量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖及 NK细胞的活性。结果 :灵芝水煎剂对正常小鼠免疫功能无明显影响 ,但能显著增加环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠的胸腺和脾脏重量及胸腺指数和脾指数 ,增加巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,促进 T淋巴细胞增殖和 NK细胞活性。结论 :灵芝水煎剂对正常小鼠免疫功能无明显影响 。
Objective:Investigating the immunological effect of the aqueous extract from Guangxi Ganode rma Lucidum on mice.Methods:The aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum was given orally in normal or CTX immunosuppressive mice,and then immunic organs, phagocytosis of macrophage, T lymphocyte proliferation and NK activity were detected.Result:The aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum could increase the weight of immunic organs, promote phagocytosis of macrophage, T lymphocyte proliferation and NK activity significantly in the CTX immunosuppressive mice,but could not in the normal mice.Conclusion:The results suggest that the aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum has no immunological significant effect on the normal mice, but can promote immunologic functions significantly in the CTX immunosuppressive mice.
