山楂谷甾醇的提取及降血脂和增强免疫的研究 被引量:6

摘要 探索从山楂中提取并精制谷甾醇的方法,并研究其对小鼠高脂血症的缓解作用,及对环磷酰胺(CTX)造成的免疫抑制小鼠的保护作用。通过灌胃小鼠高脂乳剂建立高脂模型,观察不同剂量甾醇对模型小鼠血清指标的影响;腹腔注射CTX形成免疫抑制模型,观察不同剂量甾醇对模型小鼠的免疫活性的影响。发现不同剂量甾醇能降低甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)指数,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)指数;能显著提高小鼠的白细胞数、巨噬细胞吞噬率,对淋巴细胞的增殖、脾指数也有一定作用。实验结果表明山楂中的谷甾醇对高脂模型小鼠具有降血脂作用,对CTX造成的免疫抑制小鼠有免疫增强作用。 Extract sitosterol from hawthorn fruits and research the effect of sitosterol on immunological function of immunosuppressive mice caused by eyclophosphamide(CTX) and on sermn lipid. Set up hyperlipaemia model with high-fat cream. Observe the effect of sitosterol at different doses on the level of TG, TC, HDL and LDL. Establish immunosuppres- sive model with CTX by ip. Observe the effect of sitosterol at different doses on immunological function of model mice. The experiments showed that sitosterol high-dose group and low-dose group can both significantly reduce the level of TG, TC,LDL, at the same time increase HDL. The three sitosterol group can significantly increase the leucocyte count and enhance the phagocytic activity of macrophage, and have effect on spleen and lymphocyte. In conclusion sitosterol from hawthorn fruits can lower serum lipide of mice of high-fat cream group, also enhance the immunological function of immunosuppressive mice caused by CTX.
