摘要
灵芝孢子粉醇提取物(GLSE)在体内能抑制小鼠的迟发型过敏反应和对绵羊红细胞的初次抗体应答以及鸡红细胞诱导的循环抗体水平,在体外可抑制有丝分裂原刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞和人扁桃体淋巴细胞的增殖反应。另外,GLSE可降低小鼠脾细胞IL-2产生水平,并可抑制同种异型小鼠脾细胞的混合培养反应。GLSE对机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的抑制作用可能是其用于治疗自身免疫与过敏反应有关疾病有效的免疫学基础。

Extract(GLSE)can inhibit murine delayed一type
hyper-sensitivity(DTH)and decrease murine hemolysin level induced by
SRBC or CRBC in vivo.GLSE can also inhibit the proliferation of
murine splenocytes or human tonsillar mononuclearcells induced by
different mitogens in vitro,Moreover,GLSE can decrease the IL-2 level
ofmurine splencyte culture superntants,and inhibit the mixed
lymphocyte reaction both of allotyp-ic murine
splenocytes.Therefore,it is concluded that GLSE has inhibitory
actions on the bothcellular and humoral immunity,which may be one of
the immunopharmacological mechanismsfor GLSE to treat autoimmune ot
hypersentivity一related disorders.
