摘要
作者在对清华大学、天津大学等高校调研的基础上 ,对地方高等院校工业工程人才培养模式进行了研究和思考。着重分析工业工程学科在我国的现状 ,工业工程专业的培养目标 ,以及我国对工业工程专业人才的需求状况 ,在搞好工业工程教学方面提出了自己的一些看法。
On the basis of investigation,the authors studied the training mode of IE personnel in some universities and colleges,and mainly analyze the development stages of IE in our country,training aims of IE major,and the need for IE personnel.Some new ideas on teaching and studying of IE are also given in this paper.
