摘要
目的探讨人因工程学对康复医学的影响,使处于不同条件下的人能高效、安全、健康、舒适地工作和生活,并以这些因素为目的工作系统设计和评价,促进康复医学的规范化建设。方法利用人因工程学原则、原理设计出合理的作业姿势,确立环境下最优的作业姿势。结果人因工程学的康复能够解决康复临床工作和管理最常见的弊端,客观、科学地促进康复医学规范化。不仅可以提高康复治疗的疗效,而且可以减轻治疗师的劳动强度,保护治疗师免受不必要的损伤。结论基于人因工程学的康复医学具有更充分的客观性、科学性和实践性,促进康复治疗学的发展,值得今后进一步临床研究。
Objective To investigate the influence of ergonomics on rehabilitation medicine, make the people under different conditions work and live efficiently, safely, healthily and comfortably, and taking these factors for the purpose to systematically design and evaluate, promote the standardization of rehabilitation medicine. Methods Using ergonomics principles to design a reasonable position. Results The ergonomics could solve the most common defects of the clinical rehabilitation work and management, objectively and scientifically promote standardization of rehabilitation medicine. And it could improve the efficacy of rehabilitation treatment and reduce the labor intensity. Conclusion The rehabilitation medicine based on ergonomics has more fully objectivity, scientificity and practicality, which promotes the the development of rehabilitation science and is worthy of further clinical studies in the future.
