摘要
工业工程专业是一门工程技术与管理科学相结合的交叉学科.介绍了工业工程学科的发展及其特性,分析了我国工业工程专业发展的现状,提出了地方院校培养应用型工业工程人才的培养目标,探索了建立应用型人才培养体系的一些措施.
Industrial Engineering（ IE）specialty is a intersection science combined with technology and management. This paper introduces its development and its characteristics , analyzes the current education situation of IE specialty in China and presents the training objective for local colleges and universities. Finally, some measures are explored to establish a training system for IE applied talent.
