摘要
本文用放射免疫方法检测50例原发性高血压病人血浆类洋地黄物质、内皮素、肾素、血管紧张素和醛固酮浓度。结果表明前两者在血压上升或下降时随之增加或减少。并且与病人的病情严重程度有关(P<0.01)。后三者的改变不显著,且与类洋地黄物质和内皮素之间无相关显著意义(P>0.05)。从而提示,原发性高血压患者的血压调节可能与这两种血管活性物质有关。较肾素和血管紧张素更能明显反映出血压的变化。
In 50 cases of essential hypertension diagnosed by critera of WHO, the plasmalevels of endogenous digitalis-like substance (EDLS), Endothelin (ET), renin and ald-osterone(Ald), angiotension Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ), were determined by radioimmunoassay. Theresults demonstrated a significant increase in EDLS (0.57±0.08ng/ml) and ET (24.09±2.06pk/ml) when blood pressure rised, otherewise, a marked decrease (0.38±0.06ng/ml Ⅱ; 14.72±2.01pg/ml, respectively) during the drop of blood pressure. In control gr-oups, both levels (RDLS 0.37±0.09ng/ml, ET 17.20±2.16 pg/ml) were much close tothem at the time that blood pressure decrease occurred. It is suggested that EDLS and ET play an important role in the regulation ofblood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, and that both tests are moresensitive to reflect the changes of blood pressure than renin and/or angiotension Ⅱ.
