摘要
采用搅拌复合法制备了10%SiC/Al-5Si-Mg,10%SiC/Al-7Si-Mg(体积分数)复合材料,研究了在常规铸造工艺条件下重熔后复合材料中的界面反应。通过透射电镜和能谱分析可知,SiC界面基本上都是单一的SiC/Al及SiC/Si界面,部分界面上有MgAl2O4颗粒相形成,由于基体合金中Si的存在,生成Al4C3的有害界面化学反应得到了抑制。对不同文献中抑制Al4C3产生所需临界Si含量实验测定结果的差异进行了分析。
SiC/Al-5Si-Mg,10% SiC/Al-7Si-Mg (volume fraction) composites were fabricated by stirring cast. By means of TEM and EDS, investigations had been made for the interfacial reaction in re-melt composites under conventional casting condition. The SiC interfaces mainly consisted of SiC/Al interface and SiC/Si interface. With the presence of Mg in the alloy melt, particulates of MgAl_2O_4 were formed on some interfaces. The detrimental interface reactions of forming Al_4C_3 were suppressed because of Si in matrix. Different references gave different critical Si contents that avoid Al_4C_3 forming and the reason was explained.
