摘要
采用高温焙烧加水洗工艺对SiC颗粒进行处理,用真空热压法制备SiC颗粒增强Al-Si基复合材料,研究了SiC预处理对复合材料微观组织和抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,经预处理的SiC颗粒增强Al-Si基复合材料界面结合良好,孔隙减少,相对密度和抗拉强度显著提高。
SiC particles were pretreated by high temperature roasting and water washing process. SiC/Al-25Si composite was prepared by vacuum hot pressing. The microstructure and tensile strength of the composite with pretreated or original SiC particles were studied. The results show that the SiC/Al-25Si composite with pretreated SiC particles has higher interface bonding strength, less pores, and much higher relative density and tensile strength.
