摘要
本工作采用细胞学和电子显微镜技术,较详细观察了文昌鱼卵细胞在发育成熟过程中高尔基复合体数量的变化。研究结果表明,高尔基体的数量变化可作为卵母细胞发育成熟的标志,可为确定文昌鱼卵巢成熟度提供科学依据。
The changes of Golgi complexes in number in the process of the development and maturity of oocyte of amphioxus have been investigated by light and electron microscopic techniques. The results indicate that Golgi complexes in the cytoplasm develop during oogonia. Then,the Golgi complexes in number gradually increase at the oocyte of small and large growth periods. At the luxuriant stage of yolk formation, Golgi complexes have the greatest number. Golgi bodies are seen to be granular in shape under light microscopy, and distributed dispersively in the cytoplasm,in addition,electron microscopic observation reveals many Golgi complexes in the cytoplasm, where there are 5~7 groups at its maximum. At the mature stage, the number of Golgi bodies decrease obviously,the development of Golgi complexes and vesicles is poor.These results suggest that the change of Golgi bodies in number may be taken as a sign of the maturity of the oocyte,which provides bases to judge the maturity of ovary development in amphioxus.
