摘要
利用电镜技术对中国鲎卵黄发生过程中超微结构的变化作了进一步研究.结果表明:细胞中的高尔基复合体、线粒体、溶酶体、吞饮小泡等细胞器均参与了卵黄粒的形成.
The present paper, based on the study of ferritin label in the Chinese limulus yolk granulation, deals with the genesis of the Chinese limulus yolk with the technique of electron microscope.It expounds the ovigenesis of the Chinese limulus and the route of yolk formation as well. The result shows that cell organs, inclualing golgi complex, mitochondrion, lysosome, pinosome are involved in yolk granulation.
