摘要
ERP实施成功率太低是困扰ERP发展和企业应用的主要问题。本文讨论了影响ERP成功实施的关键问题,分别就ERP的选型原则、前期准备的主要内容(资金、需求分析、人员培训)、企业内部的组织体系、企业与软件供应商之间的沟通、基础数据的准确性、业务流程再造和项目管理提出了自己的观点。
ERP is implemented in enterprises with low probability,which hinders the development and application of ERP.This paper discusses some key issues,which influence the implementation of ERP,and presents some suggestions on ERP model selection,project preparation-fund raising and demand analyzing and training,organization systems,communication between enterprise and soft supplier,data veracity,business process reengineering and project management,etc.
