摘要
从我国企业与西方发达国家企业经营有效性差距分析出发，说明我国企业实施ERP的迫切性，简述ERP的核心技术及如何帮助企业提高竞争力以及保证ERP成功实施的关键因素。
On the basis of business effectiveness gap analysis between Chinese enterprises and overseas developedcountry enterprises, advancing the urgent need of implementing ERP and briefing the kernel technology of ERP and howto help enterprises to increase the competition and the critical elements to guarantee executing ERP successfully to enter-prises in China.
