摘要
文章论述了高等学校教师职务岗位设置的基本原则和主要方法 ,并对教师职务岗位设置过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨。
In this paper the authors probe into the basic principles and main methods for the placement of professional posts for teachers in universities, and some noticeable problems on this work are also discussed.
