摘要
阐述了高校教师职务聘任的重要意义,提出做好教师聘任制工作的几点建议:必须科学、合理地设置教师岗位,坚持公平、公正、公开和择优聘任的原则,拓宽用人渠道、探索新的用人机制,建立科学全面的考核机制,增强教师的事业心和责任感,调动教师的积极性和创造性,加强聘后管理、培养和服务工作。
This article aims to illustrate the significance of teaching post appointment system in colleges and universities. It points out such suggestions on the system as setting up teaching posts properly; canting out the appointment through a fair, just, open and optimal channel; broadening and refreshing appointment system; establishing comprehensive assessment system; reinforcing teachers' activity, creativity and responsibility; and strengthening the after-appointment management, development and service.
