摘要
统计了2003年7-10月国内发生的各种安全事故1 322起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占73.1％,平均每天8起事故,其次是交通事故(17.9％)、其他事故(4.7％)、爆炸事故(2.0％)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.8％)、火灾(0.5％)。1 322起事故共死亡3 053人,伤2 378人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故51.9％、交通事故33.3％、其他事故7.6％、爆炸事故4.2％、泄露中毒2.1％、火灾0.8％;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故55.2％、矿业事故20.3％、爆炸事故13.0％、其他事故7.2％、泄露中毒3.7％、火灾0.5％。
The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to October in 2003. There are 1 322 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories (Tables 1-6): mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 322 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 73.1% ,17.9% ,2.0% .1. 8% ,0.5% ,and 4.7% respectively. The total casualty is 3 053 and the percentages for the six categories are 51.9% ,33.3% ,4.2% ,2.1% , 0.8%,and 7.6% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 378 and the percentages for the six categories are 20.3% ,55.2% ,13.0% ,3.7% . 0.5% ,and 7.2% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top eleven provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Guizhou(251 accidents), Sichuan (177), Hunan(137), Chongqing (110), Shaanxi(64), Fujian(53), Gansu(49), Yunnan (48), Jilin(46), Heilongjiang(38) and Liaoning (38). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Guizhou(499 dead), Chongqing (249), Hunan(247). Sichuan (231), Shaanxi(193), Fujian(160), Yunnan (152), Shanxi(140), Gansu(129) and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(118). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Guizhou(329 wounded), Shaanxi (221), Chongqing (196), Yunnan(170), Fujian(166), Hebei(129), Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(123), Gansu(95), Hunan(94) and Shandong(91).
