摘要
统计了 2 0 0 1年 1 2月 - 2 0 0 2年 2月国内发生的各种安全事故 592起 ,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故等。统计表明 ,在 592起事故中 ,矿业事故最多 ,占 51 .4%,平均每天 3起事故 ,其次是交通事故 (1 9.9%)、爆炸事故 (1 5.2 %)、火灾 (5.6%)、其他事故 (4.6%)、毒物泄露和中毒 (3.4%)。 592起事故共死亡 1 52 6人 ,伤 2 4 69人 ,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故 39.2 %、交通事故 36.8%、爆炸事故 1 4 .5%、火灾 4.1 %、其他事故 3.7%、泄露中毒 1 .7%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故 46.9%、爆炸事故 1 8.2 %、泄露中毒 1 2 .2 %、其他事故 1 1 .8%、矿业事故 8.6%、火灾 2 .2 %
The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from December in 2001 to February in 2002. There are 592 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories (Tables 1~6): mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 592 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 51.4%, 19.9%, 15.2%, 3.4%, 5.6%, and 4.6% respectively. The total casualty is 1 526 and the percentages for the six categories are 39.2%, 36.8%, 14.5%, 1.7%, 4.1%, and 3.7% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 469 and the percentages for the six categories are 8.6%, 46.9%, 18.2%, 12.2%, 2.2%, and 11.8% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(103 accidents), Hunan(81), Guangdong(45), Chongqing(44), Shaanxi(25), Hebei(25), Jiangsu(22), Liaoning(22), Guizhou(21), and Hubei(21). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Hunan(206 dead), Sichuan(193), Guangdong(100), Yunnan(92), Chongqing(77), Guizhou(77), Hebei(72), Zhejiang(69), Jiangxi(65), and Hubei(64). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Hunan(376 wounded), Guangdong(249), Hubei(172), Jiangsu(164), Shaanxi(144), Jiangxi(133), Sichuan(126), Guangxi(119), Chongqing(111), and Gansu(97).
