摘要
研究了HPLC TLC/HPLC MS对大豆磷脂酰胆碱中磷脂酰胆碱分子种类的分离鉴定方法 ,结果表明此法能很好的分离大豆磷脂酰胆碱的分子种类 ,并通过MS能对磷脂酰胆碱的分子种类加以鉴定。在用HPLC对不同磷脂酰胆碱分子种类分离后 ,可以进一步对不同分子种类的磷脂酰胆碱含量进行测定。该方法用于PC 90的分子类型研究 ,得到在PC 90中至少含有 18∶2 / 18∶2 PC ,18∶3/ 18∶3 PC ,16∶0 / 18∶2 PC ,16∶0 / 18∶3 PC和 16∶0 / 18∶1 PC等 5种分子类型 ,并在 2 0 5nm归一化法测得 18∶2 / 18∶2 PC含量为 6 4%。
The method of separating and identifying the molecular species of soybean phosphatidylcholine by HPLC-TLC/HPLC-MS was studied.The result indicates that molecular species can be separated by HPLC and indentified by MS,and the content of each molecular species phosphatidylcholine can be also determined.The determining result on PC-90 by this method shows there are five molecular species phosphatidylcholine,they are: 18∶2/18∶2-PC,18∶3/18∶3-PC,16∶0/18∶2-PC,16∶0/18∶3-PC and 16∶0/18∶1-PC,and the content of 18∶2/18∶2-PC is about 64%.
