摘要
以4,4,4-三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经氯化、环合、酰化得到噻呋酰胺。通过采用无溶剂法、中间体不提纯法、溶剂归一化法优化工艺,并考察敷酸剂、相转移催化剂的种类等因素对产量、纯度的影响。在优化的反应条件下,噻呋酰胺粗品含量大于98%。
An improved synthesis process of Thifluzamide,an important agrochemical intermediate,which came from ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate was described.Using solvent-free process,non-purification intermediates method,unified solvent method to optimize the process,and the types of acid binding agent and phase transfer catalyst were investigated so as to determine the best of the technological parameters.Under the optimal reaction conditions,Thifluzamide crude purity was up to 98%.
