摘要
目的:观察加味四君子汤对小鼠移植型宫颈癌的治疗作用。方法:实验一:将小鼠宫颈癌U14瘤株细胞悬液注射于小鼠(30只)右腋窝皮下,24h后随机分为3组:一组为生理盐水组,二组为加味四君子汤组,三组为顺氯氨铂(DDP)组,每组10只。分别给予相应药物10d后处死实验动物,剥取瘤块、称重,计算抑瘤率。实验二:将U14细胞悬液注射于小鼠腹腔24h后随机分为3组,分组方法同上。连续给药8d后停药。观察本方对荷腹水型宫颈癌小鼠存活期的影响。结果:加味四君子汤组抑瘤率为37.3%,与生理盐水组比较差异非常显著。加味四君子汤组小鼠存活期为18.6d±4.40d,生理盐水组为14.4d±2.07d,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:加味四君子汤具有抗小鼠实体型宫颈癌(U14)的作用,并能显著延长荷腹水型宫颈癌(U14)小鼠的生存期。
Objective:To observe the anticancer activity of Jiawei Sijunzi decoction(JSD)against transplanted uterine cervical carcinoma(U14).Method:Experiment one:Tumor cell strain U14 was subcutaneous injected into the right axillary fossa of 30 mice.24 hours later,these mice were divided into normal saline groups,JSD groups and cisplatin groups randomly, then gave drugs accordingly.10 days later,killed the mice,striped the tumor,and then weighed,calculated the anticancer rate.Experiment two:U14 was injected into the abdomen of 30 mice.24 hours later divided and raised these mice at the same method as the experiment one,8 days later ,observed the survival time of the mice.Result:The anticancer rate of JSD was 37.30,and the survival time of JSD was (18.6± 4.40)days.Conclusions:JSD could inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival time of mice bearing scites tumor.
