摘要
研究了在磷酸介质中,钴 催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量钴 的新方法。考察了反应的影响因素,找到了测定钴的最佳条件。该方法线性范围在0~40μg/L,检出限为1 64×10-9g/mL。试验表明,该催化反应对Co 为一级反应,表观活化能为164 4kJ/mol,反应速率常数为4 9×10-5s-1。用于矿泉水、纯净水、井水、河水和维生素B12中Co 的测定,RSD为1 26%~2 66%;加标回收率为94 2%~103 6%。
A catalytic reaction for the determination of trace cobalt*' was established,which was based on the fact that Co*' could catalyze the discolouring reaction of arsenazo Ⅰ oxidized by H2O2 in the medium of H3PO4The influencing factors of reaction and the optimum conditions for the determination of Co*' were investigated in detailThe linear range of the determination was 0-40μg/L and detection limit was 164×10-9g/mLThe reaction was the first-order for cobalt*',the apparent activation energy was found to be 1644kJ/mol,and the reaction rate constant was 49×10-5s-1The method has been applied to determine Co*' in mineral water,clean water,well water,river water and VB12RSD is 126%-266% and recovery was 942%-1036%The results were proved to be satisfactory
