Determination of Trace Copper(Ⅱ) by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometry

摘要 研究了在磷酸介质中 ,铜 催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色反应的适宜条件与影响因素 ,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铜 的新方法。方法线性范围为 0~ 1 0 0 μg L ,检出限为 2 .79× 1 0 - 9g mL。该催化反应对Cu 为一级反应 ,表观活化能为 65 .6kJ mol,表观反应速率常数为 9.63× 1 0 - 4s- 1 。用于水样、电镀液和发样中铜 的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .7%~ 4.7% ,标准加入回收率为 97.8%~ 1 0 4.2 %。 A catalytic reaction for the determination of trace copper? was established based on the fact that Cu 2+ could catalyze the discolouring oxidation reaction of arsenazo I by H 2O 2 in the medium of H 3PO 4. The influential factors of reaction and the optimum conditions for the determination of Cu 2+ were investigated in detail. The linear range of the determination was 0~100 μg/L and detection limit was 2.79×10 -9 g/mL. The reaction was the first-order on copper? and the apparent activation energy was found to be 65.6 kJ/mol, and the rate constant was 9.63×10 -4 s -1 . The method has been applied to determine Cu? in water samples, plating liquid and human hair with the relative standard deviation of 0.7%~4.7% and recovery of 97.8%~104.2%.
