摘要 基于氨水溶液介质中,痕量镉和铅对过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂工褪色有阻抑作用,建立动力学光度法同时测定痕量铅和镉的新方法。方法测定铅、镉的线性范围分别为0.005~0.50μg/mL和0.002~0.80μg/mL。大多数共存离子不干扰测定,Mg^2+,Ca^2+,Zn^2+,Sn^2+等离子的干扰可通过双硫腙萃取-反萃取的方法消除。方法用于实际样品中铅、镉同时测定,标准加入回收率分别为98%~101%,96%~97%;相对标准偏差各小于3.O%,2.6%。 A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the and lead has been developed, based on inhibitive effect simultaneous determination of trace cadmium of lead and cadmium on the discoloring reaction of Arsenazo I by peroxide hydrogen in ammonia solution medium. The linear range of determination is 0. 005--0.50μg/mL for lead and 0. 002--0.80μg/mL for cadmium. Foreign ions hardly in- terfere in the determination. The interferences from Mg^2+ , Ca^2+ , Zn^2+ , Sn^2+ ions were eliminated by extraction and reextraction with dithizone. The method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium in samples with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of less than 3.0% for lead and 2.6% for cadmium, and the recovery of 98%--101% for lead and 96%--97% for cadmium.
