摘要
通过对涂层缺陷、涂层起泡、湿附着力等研究领域的回顾 ,讨论了涂层缺陷对腐蚀性介质离子在涂层中的传输行为、涂层失效、基体腐蚀行为等方面的影响。在此基础上 ,针对涂层缺陷研究现状中存在的一些未解决问题 。
The effect of coating defect on the permeation behavior of corrosive ions through coatings,coatings degradation,the corrosion behavior of substrates are discussed based on the review of the study field which included coating defects,blistering and wet adhesion etc.Subsequently,the unsolved problems such as the mechanism of formation of blister and the connection of coating defect and blistering are discussed.At last,the possible methods such as computer simulation to solve these problems are put forward.
