摘要
用150 MHz超声显微镜(SAM)研究了大气等离子喷涂ZrO_2-8%Y_2O_3涂层的内部组织缺陷。试验表明,超声波对陶瓷涂层内部不连续性缺陷敏感,可无损观测其内部空隙型缺陷。在SAM图像中,缺陷表现为不同排列的条纹群组,而基体组织则表现为暗色背底。试验首次发现了陶瓷涂层缺陷在SAM下的条纹成像方式,并提出了相应的分类方法。SAM图像存在中间分隔的对称排列条纹群(As),中间重叠的条纹群(Bs),单线(Cs)及单点(Ds)等类型。随扫描聚焦深度的不同,缺陷图像也发生变化。涂层缺陷的SAM观察结果已被OM和SEM所证实。
The microstructure of APS ZrO2-8%Y2O3 ceramic coating was studied by scanning acoustic microscopy (150 MHz). It was showed that the acoustic wave was sensitive to the inner discontinuous defects, especially to porosity-type defects. While the matrix was gray background, defects were reflected as differently arranged patterns in SAM image. The SAM imaging mode of coating defects and their corresponding classifications were illustrated firstly. There were four types of SAM images: parallel but separated lines (As), parallel and intersected lines (Bs), single line (Cs) and single point (Ds). The image was varied with the confocal depth of SAM and the SAM results were verified by OM and SEM observation.
