摘要
本文通过钢铁表面消耗水、氧和离子的速度与涂层透水、氧和离子的速度的比较 ,揭示了湿附着力而不是屏蔽作用 。
Both the consumption rate of water,oxygen and ion in surface of steel and rate of permeation of them into paint films were discussed in this paper.It showed that the wet adhesive is key factor for coationg preventing steel from corrosion
