摘要
医疗质量目标管理方案制定的基本原则是突出目标性、系统优化性、实用性、导向性和责任层级性 ;主要依据国家军队关于医院管理标准和医院既往目标方案 ;指标内容注重按指标功能特点分类 ;在运用上将指标分解为院科二级、月季年和专题调研 ,并对方案制定中值得注意的问题进行讨论。
The basic principle for target management of medical quality is to emphasize its target, systematic optimization, practical application, directing function, and responsibility. Such a program should be formulated according to the rules and regulations of hospital administration issued by the state and the military. Its content should be classified in terms of its functionality, while its application should be divided into hospital and department levels, based on quarterly and specialty research. Problems arising from designing such a program should be paid great attention to and well discussed.
