摘要
医疗质量管理存在的问题 1追求规模牺牲质量 ;2追求效益冲击质量 ;3追求项目忽略质量 ;4追求形式虚构质量。医疗质量管理决策中需要把握的 4个重点 ,即全面素质培养、全面质量管理、全面宏观调控、全面制度建设。对医疗质量管理进行并行控制、危机控制、目标控制、缺陷控制。
In the administration of medical treatment quality, there existed the following problems:①seeking big scale and sacrificing quality; ②seeking profits and reducing quality; ③seeking itemsand overlooking quality;④seeking formality and fabricating quality. In the decision making of the administration of medical care quality, there were four key points to be controlled: all round cultivation of qualities, all round administration of quality, all round macro manipulation and all round construction of the system. In the administration of medical care quality were conducted parallel control, crisis control, target control and defects control.
