摘要
该专家组对本部所属医院医疗质量管理现状进行了较为全面、系统的检查调研。发现当前此项工作存在一些问题,并提出必须在5个方面下功夫:一是健全完善管理运行机制;二是努力规范医疗行为;三是切实提高医务人员素质;四是不断优化内外环境和卫生资源配置;五是大力推进医疗技术创新工作。
Specialists investigation organized by the authors carried out a relatively comprehensive, systematic inspection of the quality management of medical serivices in hospitals under jurisdicton, pointed out existing shortcomings, and suggested some ideas on how efforts should be made to: futther improve managerial and operational mechanisms; standardize mdeical behavior in accordance with regulations, norms, guidelines; raise professional quality of medical personnel in a way that is rigorous, comprehensive, broadly - based, far-sighted; continuously optimize internal and external environment and disposition of health service resources; give great impetus to creative innovation in medical techniques and services.
