摘要
通过对当前图书馆人力资源管理与图书馆办馆效益的研究,得出图书馆必须进行改革这一结论,并提出了图书馆改革的几种措施。
Through the study of the management of the human resources in the library and the benefits of the library,the author reaches the conclusion that the library must conduct a reform,and puts forward several measures to the reform of the library.
