摘要
针对目前图书馆人力资源开发过程中存在的问题与不足,提出了图书馆要树立新的人才观,改变传统人事管理制度,建立以人为中心的现代管理体制,进而改善图书馆群体的知识结构。
In the light of the problems and demerits existing in the course of human resources of the library at present, this paper puts forward some suggestions about that the library should establish new concept of talents, transform traditional personal management system, establish the modern management system with the core of people, and further improve the knowledge structure of the library group.
