摘要
本文研究了以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备高纯氧化铁红的新工艺。考察了影响硫铁矿烧渣酸溶、净化、煅烧等过程的各种因素。结果表明,利用硫铁矿烧渣可以制取高纯度的氧化铁红,质量符合HG/T2574-94优等品标准。
New process of preparing high pure ferric oxide red with pyrite cinder was studied.Some factors that affected the acid solution,the purification and the roast were investigated.The results showed that high pure ferric oxide red could be made with pyrite cinder under suitable conditions.The quality of the product accorded with excellent grade standard of HG/T2574-94.
