硫铁矿烧渣制备钾铁蓝 被引量:9

Preparation of potassium iron blue from pyrite cinders

摘要 以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备钾铁蓝。硫铁矿烧渣与硫酸反应得到含Fe3+溶液,在此溶液中加入机械活化硫铁矿还原Fe3+得到绿矾。按照绿矾和亚铁氰化钾的量比为1.15∶1.00,将100 g/L的绿矾溶液加入到100 g/L的亚铁氰化钾溶液中,70℃反应,100℃热煮1 h后,加入50%的硫酸溶液酸煮2 h,再加入10%的氯酸钾溶液70℃氧化3 h,经过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨得到符合GB 1860—88国家标准的钾铁蓝产品。研究结果表明:所得钾铁蓝产品的吸油量为0.430 mL/g,总铁含量为32.53%,其化学式为K0.266Fe0.294[Fe(CN)6]0.287.nH2O,钾铁蓝为大小均匀的柱状颗粒,粒径小于200 nm。 Potassium iron blue of high quality was prepared from pyrite cinders. The solution containing Fe^3+ was obtained after pyrite cinders reacted with sulfuric acid. Copperas was produced after Fe^3+ was reduced by mechanically activated pyrite which was added into the Fe^3+ solution. According to molar ratio 1.15 : 1.00 of copperas to K4Fe(CN)6, 100 g/L copperas solution was added into 100 g/L K4Fe(CN)6 solution at 70 ℃, so that the white slurry was produced, which was heated at 100 ℃ for 1 h. Then 50% sulfuric acid was put into the slurry and heated at 100 ℃ for 2 h. The blue precipitate was obtained after 10% KC103 solution was added into the white slurry oxidizing at 70 ℃ for 3 h. Potassium iron blue possessed the quality of China standard GB1860 -88 after the blue precipitate was filtrated, washed, dried and ground. The results show that, the oil absorption value of potassium iron blue sample is 0. 430 mL/g, and its total iron content is 32.53 %. Chemical formula of the potassium iron blue sample is K0. 266 Fe0.294 [Fe(CN) 6 ]0. 287· nH2O. The potassium iron blue particle is even, in pole form and smaller than 200 nm.
