摘要
以工业固体废弃物硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备得到铁黄,将机械活化硫铁矿加入硫铁矿烧渣与硫酸反应得到烧渣酸浸液中反应得到绿矾。将绿矾溶于水,加入铁黄晶种,同时滴加氨水和绿矾溶液,通入空气氧化72 h得到针形颗粒状铁黄。制备铁黄晶种适宜条件是绿矾质量分数为40%、碱比为0.25、空气流量为0.25 m3/h、反应温度为29℃、氧化时间为10 h。制备铁黄适宜条件是晶种比为33%、反应温度为80—85℃、溶液pH值2.8—3.5、[Fe2+]为0.25 mol/L、空气流量为0.6 m3/h。其涂料性能优于上海一品铁黄标准样。
High quality iron oxide yellow was prepared from pyrite cinder of industrial solid waste. Copperas was obtained after adding mechanically activated pyrite into acidic leaching solution that was produced from the reaction of pyrite cinder with sulfuric acid. Needle-shape iron oxide yellow was prepared by putting ammonia water and ferrous sulfate solution in Fe^2+ solution containing crystal seed of iron oxide yellow, and then oxidizing with air for 72 h. The optimal conditions of crystal seed preparation are 40% of mass concentration of copperas, 0.25 of base ratio, 0.25 m^3/h of air flow, 29 ℃ of reaction temperature, 10 h of oxidation time. The optimal conditions of oxide iron yellow preparation are 33% of seed ration, 80-85 ℃ of reaction temperature, 2.8-3.5 of pH value, 0.25 mol/ L of Fe^2+ , and 0.6 m^3/h of air flow.
