摘要
硫铁矿制备硫酸所生成的矿渣中含有部分氧化铁红,通过沉降分离和水力分级等步骤将其提纯利用。针对提纯出来的氧化铁红,采用界面法对粒径小于44.2μm的氧化铁红颗粒在静水中的沉降性质做了研究,通过回归分析得到体积分数为20%的氧化铁红在水中的沉降方程为:h=0.19415t-2.21267(自由沉降区)和h=99.94936t0.08134(压缩沉降区)。
This paper makes a brief introduction of a physical method which can recover red iron oxide from the burned slag of sulphuric acid production by sedimentation separating and water power rating. By way of interfacial method, the study of the sedimentation process of red iron oxide particles whose diameters are less than 44.2 μm shows the relation between sedimentation height and sedimentation time can be expressed by: h=0.19415 t-2.21267 (in free sedimentation phase) and h=99.94936t^(0.08134)(in compression sedimentation phase).
