摘要
入世后,中国教育与世界接轨已是大势所趋。高校要抓住机遇,加大改革步伐,与时俱进,不断培养出适合新形势的多方面的复合型人才,要不断采取走出去,请进来的方法,使人才合理流动,合理使用,调动教师队伍的积极性,促进教师队伍的相对稳定,从而使我国高校能够不断发展壮大,使高等教育真正与世界接轨。
After entry into WTO, it is a big trend that education in china is geared to international standards, colleges and universities should grasp opportunities and widen the step of reform, keeping pace with the times and constantly cultivating the multiple specialist fitting the new situation, we should constantly adopt the method of going out and bringing in to make the specialist flow and used properly, we should mobilize the enthusiasm of the teacher troops and promote relative stability of the teacher troops in order to make our college stronger and make advanced education gear to international standards.
